Our President and Founder, Peter Hidalgo Jr, has a unique blend of talent, experience, education, communication skills, and emotional intelligence (EQ) that enables him to easily partner with his clients and achieve great results.

He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point  with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and also a graduate of Columbia Business School with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

After serving in the U.S. Army as a Captain in the Air Defense Artillery, our founder embarked on his civilian career which included being a financial analyst for a regional bank, and a program manager for a defense contractor. He started his 15 year career in telecommunications and IT working for Verizon, Sprint, Tyco, and Ernst & Young where he was engineering, building, and managing wireline, wireless, and undersea networks and data centers in the United States, Europe, South America, and the Asia-Pacific regions.

The next phase of his career led him into consulting where he spent over 10 years with Deloitte and Ernst & Young (EY) providing IT Advisory services to the C-level management teams of numerous Fortune 50 and 500 companies partnering with them to improve their organizations, processes, infrastructure, and financial management.

Most recently he returned to industry as the Chief Operating Officer of a private equity (PE) backed telecommunications company.

He played a key role in setting and executing the growth strategy for that company, working to position the company to be able to effectively scale while maintaining high standards for service quality and customer service.

He was responsible for over 175 employees spanning IT, Technical Support, Operations, Field Services, Facilities, and Call Centers.

He also managed the design and construction of a new 15,000 square foot Operations Center while at the same time creating a production line to build and launch a proprietary video and information platform. Over 1,000 of these units were successfully built and deployed to the field in one year.

He also launched an infrastructure improvement program to improve system resiliency and eliminate single points of failure, which paid immediate dividends.

After a very successful exit at the end of 2019, he switched to the entrepreneurial track as a      Co-Founder of PCS Pools, LLC in 2020, leading that company from $1M in annual revenue to $10M in under five years. PCS Pools is now one of the top custom swimming pool builders in the Tampa Bay area, having won seven Best Pool Builders awards to date! He continues to lead the Sales and Marketing area for that company to this day.

He also founded Tesla Ventures as a vehicle to provide autonomous taxis and humanoid robots in the Tampa bay area using the Tesla platform starting in 2027.

He founded Prospero Ventures with his wife in 2020, which is a real estate and investment management company focused on properties in the Tampa Bay area for rent, investment, and development.

He became a board member for Cupitor Mining in 2026, and another venture which has not been publicly announced yet.

He has certifications in Project Management (PMP), ISO, ITIL, and IVI, as well as being an experienced practitioner of Kaizen and Six Sigma.

He is a thought leader in the IT Financial Management / Technology Business Management / FinOps area, having built and led that practice while at EY from 2009-2107. He is also a featured presenter at the annual IT Financial Management Association conferences across the USA.

Lastly, he is now turning his attention to sharing his knowledge in the leadership and management arena, given his over 45 years of experience building, leading, and developing teams in both the military and civilian industries. He was a decorated officer in the US Army, and achieved success at every level of his career in corporate America, culminating with role as both CIO and COO from 2017-2019 for a very successful PE backed telecom company.

Additionally, our founder has built a strong network of both friends and professionals across many industries who will partner with him to support our clients as needed.
